Jay Gallagher has more than forty years of experience in design, construction, and development of residential properties all over the South Shore in Southeastern Massachusetts. Over the course of his building career, Jay has developed some of the finest neighborhoods all over the South Shore, Massachusetts. These impressive neighborhoods reflect Jay’s immense wealth of knowledge in his field and have earned him the reputation as one of the premier builders in the area. Jay is passionate about the entire building process - from the initial conversation with a client to seeing it all come together - and highly values the customer service experience from start to finish. Having shifted his focus to building custom, one-of-a-kind homes with his son, Andrew, Jay takes pride in building homes that will become cherished family gathering places for generations to come.
Andrew Gallagher grew up watching his father Jay build homes and before long, he was spending his free time on the job site right along with his dad. He spent his youth learning the trade and served as project manager for many years at the successful home building company. After graduating from college, he started his own company and focused his efforts on delivering thoughtfully engineered homes with creative layouts. Now, alongside his father Jay, Andrew’s innovative ideas shine through in his work and reaffirm his passion for transformative design and modern architecture.
Both Jay & Andrew Gallagher enjoy spending their spare time on the water, both sailing and boating, especially in the warm summer months.
